There is nothing quite like having that classic work wear look that is your go to for most occasions. This happens to be mine. Black pants, neutral blazer, t-shirt and mules. It’s put together and simple. Something that doesn’t require much thought for those early morning meetings.
Picking a look that uses staple work wear pieces is the key! This J.Crew blazer is a big staple for me. It goes with many other looks but pairing it with black pants is one of my favorites ways to style it. I remember always hearing about not mixing black and brown together. But for work wear I think it looks very classy.
While I have many black pants in my work wear closet, I find these to be the most flattering. I love the cuffed edging on these ones! They are fitted at the top and loose at the bottom.
