We are into that awkward time between Christmas and the New Year. For the past 2 months everything has had a focus on the holiday season. It’s easy to come up with content when everything has a theme. So right after Christmas is when I struggle with content because I am not sure what to post about. This year I really wanted to challenge myself to push through it and share some fun winter work wear content!
I saw this pleated skirt in J.Crew a couple weekends ago. I thought how gorgeous it would be for not only the holiday season but also styling after the holidays! Styling knee high boots underneath help keep your legs warm through the cold. A light sweater to match the skirt and a lighter jacket thrown over to keep warm completes the full look!
I love how the teal’s compliment the black and brown nicely without being too much competing. Black and browns are go to’s for me during the winter but I am a big color person so I get really excited about a winter outfit that has a pop of color! It just keeps all the outfits from looking or feeling the same time and time again. The pleated skirt does come in a black color, which I almost reached for, but ultimately decided that I needed some color in my winter work wear!
