Winter is just around the corner and I love to start bringing in some festive work wear! For some work environments the holiday sweaters are acceptable but for other work environments its not. That’s why today I wanted to share how I pull in holiday fabrics into normal work wear, starting with a satin blazer!
There is something very festive about satin as a fabric. A little satin red dress for the holidays or a satin pair of pants with your favorite blouse. I saw this satin blazer the other day when I was out and about shopping and thought it would be the perfect option for work during the winter. It’s still got that very professional feel to it but allows for a little bit of holiday fun!
I paired the satin blazer with my favorite Spanx work pants and a satin blouse underneath for an all black look! But this blazer would go with a beautiful holiday dress, pleated skirt, and flared work pants. The satin blazer is light enough to go under a coat and warm enough for sitting in the office.
Personally I am not one for an all black outfit but I loved how chic and classy this satin blazer looked with black pants! I do find that during the fall/winter I gravitate towards more all black work wear looks. I think with the darker days it fits the mood a little bit more haha.
I have linked everything with sizing for me below! I am going to start trying to incorporate more sizing into blog posts since many of you have requested it. I feel like it definitely helps a lot since most are shopping online these days!
