Best Podcasts To Listen To For Business Inspiration!

Happy Monday! I love to listen to music while I work. When I am not in meetings, most of the time I am either answering emails or working on configuring a system. Instead of sitting there and letting my mind wonder, I throw some headphones on and really focus on what I am doing.

Lately, music has started to get boring and doesn’t catch my focus as much so I have been loving podcasts. At first I wasn’t really onboard with the whole podcast thing, if I am being honest. I didn’t like the idea of listening to someone rattle on about god knows what. But then I was introduced to some really great business podcast’s and they got me very inspired.

Today I wanted to share my favorite business driven podcasts! Some might think this is boring but if you are like me and love to know just how people made it in this world, then these podcast’s are absolutely fascinating!

Do you have a podcast you love to listen to? Maybe it’s not business related but I would still love any recommendations:)

1. How I Built This with Guy Raz
   Jeremy and I love to listen to these in the car! Guy Raz interviews very successful business men and women. You get to hear just how they built the company/brand and where they came from.
2. WSJ Secrets of Wealthy Women
   Veronica Dagher interviews some of the most successful women and covers some incredible topics with them. As a women myself trying to build my own career, I love listening to these podcasts to full my inspiration.
3. RISE with Rachel Hollis
   Have you read any of her books? They are so great! Her podcasts are very informative and inspirational. She gives you tons of tools to use as well.
4. Goal Digger
   Jenna is great to listen to and I find myself jotting down notes all the time from her podcasts! She shares tips, strategies, and hacks to building a career!
5. The Art Of Hustle
   This is a great podcast if you are inspired to be an entrepreneur! He interviews some amazing people who share their successes and their failures. I like to hear about how people failed because I believe you can learn so much more from a failure than a success.
6. HBR Ideacast
   This is the Harvard Business Review podcast that brings tons of ideas to light. Many people say to read their book but I personally don’t enjoy reading books like that. So my work around is listening to this podcast!
7. Stuff You Should Know
   Not necessarily an entirely business podcast but rather things you should really know! They discuss relevant and fascinating ideas that draw you in. It’s interesting because I undoubtably end up having conversations around some of these topics and it helps me be better versed in business settings!
8. The Why Factor
   This again isn’t necessarily for business! But if you are like me and love to know why for everything then you will enjoy this! They discuss everyday objects and the hidden histories behind them.
