Cardigan: Madewell (ON SALE!) // Pants: Loft // Heels: Sam Edelman // Purse: Barrington Gift // Earrings: Kendra Scott
A trend that can be found all over Instagram lately is button up cardigans. Some are cropped, worn with a tee, worn open, buttoned at the top, and the list goes on. It was a trend I didn’t know could be taken to the office, until I saw this colorblock button up cardigan. It was the perfect length, didn’t cut too low and could basically be worn as a sweater.
Instead of styling it with high waisted jeans (which honestly would look amazing), I grabbed for my favorite work wear pants. The other day I styled it for one of my daily work wear looks with flats and got a huge response. For this post I wanted to give it a more elevated look and opted for a pair of heels. It’s more of that dressed up/dressed down feel that I love when I don’t need to be super professional!
Below I linked a couple other button up cardigans I had been eyeing too for you to browse! Have a great week:)
YES! Totally jumped on this trend a few months ago. I LOVE it. Also this caridgan is so fun with the colorblocking detail.
