If you have been around a while then you know I wouldn’t be caught dead in an all black workwear look a few years ago unless I really really had too! But over the past year my personal style has shifted a little bit. Focusing on more neutral/basic workwear pieces that are easy to style and a little bit more laid back. With the pandemic causing many people working from home, I really had to think about how I can continue to support those that were still going into the office and those that were working from home. Which lead me to incorporating more all black looks since black is a really easy color to style at home or at work. Now that summer is here and office’s are opening back up, I have been drawn to more colorful workwear options again!
I was doing a little online shopping a few days ago and saw this colorful workwear combination on Express’s website. To be honest I haven’t felt like clothing stores have been sharing a whole lot of summer workwear options to keep up with people heading back to the office. So I was so excited to see this set on the website, get it in and style it with a bodysuit I had gotten a while back from them! Once I tried it on, I knew it would be a great option for some of you to try in your office. Even if you aren’t into matching pants and blazers, you could easily style them both separately for a pop of color!
