Happy Wednesday:) I saw this LBD on Emily Gemma, The Sweetest Thing, (see her post HERE) and totally wanted to try it out for myself! I have never tried a longer black fitted dress before but thought it looked so flattering on Emily that I figured why not! The other night Jeremy and I were headed out to dinner and decided to throw it on with this suede jacket. Honestly, my hair had not been washed for a couple days so thank goodness for this hat haha.

One of our favorite date nights is going to try out different sushi restaurants! Jeremy just moved to uptown so our options are endless haha. We tried out Blue Sushi Sake Grill and it was pretty good! I love getting 3 or 4 rolls and then splitting it between us so that we can try different sushi rolls. Plus Jeremy doesn’t think sushi is super filling and I can’t eat a ton of food so it works out perfect:) Do y’all love to share meals when you go on dates??

For this LBD I would size up if you don’t want it to be super tight! I am wearing it in a small and it is very snug haha. Probably not the best for stuffing my face with food but hey sometimes people think your pregnant when you walk out with a food baby haha. One thing I really do love about this dress is that it can be dressed up with heels or booties very nicely. I would definitely add a bit of a heel to lengthen the look of your legs but you totally don’t have too:)

This weekend is OU/tx so it is going to be a long one! I have friends coming in town and I can not wait to show them around. It’s always so fun for me to have people come in to Dallas because it makes you see your city as a tourist kind of!
