Is it me or does it feel like everyone is getting engaged lately? I went so long without having any friends engaged and now it’s just one after the other! With everyone getting engaged, I always feel like I need to give a gift. Something small but still meaningful!
Gigi New York has the cutest little ideas:) I went through their whole wedding section and picked a couple out to give some friends! Also got to keep a couple myself;) They are all small but still hold a meaning that the bride will love!
The first item I picked up was the “Tying The Knot” journal! Nothing too big and bulky but enough to get the bride started on keeping notes for her big day! I will be using the journal to note all the silly things Jeremy says about weddings haha.
The next item was the “Our Proposal” wedding album. This is a personal favorite and one I created for Jeremy and I’s proposal! You can either put pictures in from their proposal or just let the bride do it herself. I went ahead and printed pictures from our proposal to keep in this album. Then we will have one from Our Wedding and then one from Our Honeymoon.
A passport holder and a luggage tag are great items to gift a new bride! The newlyweds will most likely be traveling for their honeymoon so it’s a simple gift to give. Plus it gives you the opportunity to give the bride her first new monogram item!
Lastly, the beautiful little ring box! I couldn’t keep my eyes off of it:) I love that it has my new last initial on it! It’s such a small and thoughtful gift she might use in her nightstand or even on her big day.
