LBD For Work!

Ever since I started styling more work wear on the blog and on Instagram, a lot of questions I get are about a great LBD (Little Black Dress). It honestly is such a great staple to have in your work wear closet. I love to have a short sleeve LBD because then I can either wear a blazer over the top for cooler weather or wear it as is when its a little warmer out.

This one is from Loft (if you hadn’t already guessed it haha)! It is such a different take to a simple black dress. I love the ruffle hem at the bottom with the ruffle sleeves on top!! Plus the tie on the waist really pulls everything together so that it doesn’t look like a black bag on haha.

I paired the LBD with some black heels and a black tote but the other day I wore this dress to work and wore black Tory Burch flats! I really loved the dainty feel of everything:) It’s so girly but also professional as well!

Hope you all had a great weekend! I didn’t have a post up yesterday (I post Monday, Wednesday and Friday just FYI) because I was out of town for the weekend. It was such a fun trip to Nashville and I got to see 13 of my bestest friends!! Currently planning how we can go back haha.
