MAY #1 – White Jeans
These Joe’s White Jeans were the number one for the month because they are a great option for the summer! I have had them for over a year and really love them. They fit tight at the top part of your legs and then get bigger at the bottom. They aren’t see through either but you will definitely want to go with a nude pantie. The white jeans fit true to size (I got a 27)!
MAY #2 – Black Work Pants
You can’t go wrong with having a good pair of black work pants in your workwear closet! I have a lot and each one is a little bit different than the rest. These black work pants from Ann Taylor have a roll at the bottom which are very flattering and look great with heels! They fit a little bit big so I would size down (I got a size 2).
MAY #3 – Linen Tank
As we head into the hotter months of the year, it’s important to have light weight tops to style with work pants! I got this linen tank from Ann Taylor and have worn it a number of ways. With a skirt, white pants, and jeans! It’s a great staple piece to add to your workwear closet since it’s a neutral color! I got a size small.
MAY #4 – Rib Crop Pants
Two piece sets have been my thing this spring season and apparently many of you loved them too! I got this ribbed crop top and crop pant set from Loft right before heading to California. It was a great little set to style on the plane and also have when working from home! I got a small in both the pants and the top.
MAY #5 – Double Breast Blazer
Looking for a good neutral blazer to wear throughout the summer, this double breast blazer from Express is a great option! I love the relaxed fit of it so it can be transitioned from work to a date night look. I styled it here for date night with ripped jeans and small heels. I got a size small in the blazer.
MAY #6 – Slide Sandal
Strappy heels are this summers hottest shoe to style! I grabbed these strappy Steve Madden heels from Nordstrom a few months ago. Make sure to get your regular size in them because I accidently went up half a size and ended up returning them and reordering the correct size!
MAY #7 – Slip Midi Dress
Wedding season is in full swing so that means you are probably on the hunt for a good wedding guest dress! This one is absolutely stunning and a great little slip dress that is perfect for a wedding! I wore this one to a rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago and I loved how it fit plus the slit up the side is super fun:) I got a size small.
MAY #8 – White Work Pants
If you are like me and love a good white jean but can’t wear them to the office then you will love these white work pants from J.Crew ! I got these right when I started working and have loved them ever since. They aren’t see through like most white pants, they hit right at the ankle and they come up high waisted! I got a size 2 in them.
MAY #9 – Polka Dot Top
I loved seeing how many of yall loved this polka dot top from Ann Taylor! It’s such a fun top to style in the summer and looks professional with the white and black. To be honest there aren’t many blouses with short sleeve that I love. But I thought this was was very flattering! I got a size small in it.
MAY #10 – Performance Joggers
Let’s be honest this past year has taught us all that joggers are an essential part of your closet haha. I saw an ad on Instagram so these Vuori joggers. I never really buy anything off of Instagram right away but then I saw them at Nordstrom. So I thought I should order them and try them out. I fell in love with the fabric and the fit. The fabric is so soft and I like that the jogger is a little bit more fitted than oversized. I got a size small.
