I can’t believe it’s been a little bit over 2 weeks since we got married! The time has flown by with the honeymoon and moving haha. While I am waiting for the professional photos to come in to show more of the wedding details, I thought I would share the bridesmaid gifts! A couple of you were wondering what I gave the girls on the big day and below are each of the items listed out. For the bridesmaid gifts, I really wanted them to be something they could use the day of and then use again another time. I felt with spending so much money and time thinking about the items it would be nice to use them multiple times!
VIVIAN DREW EARRINGS
I was so excited to be able to gift each of the girls a pair of Vivian Drew earrings! I have a couple of her earrings and wear them all the time. They are so dainty and elegant, which was exactly what I wanted the girls to have. They had their hair styled hair up and half down so I wanted something that would stand out. My wedding earrings are the smaller ones in the center and then the girls were the big ones!
BRIDESMAID SHAWLS
These shawls were not something I originally planned to have in the bridesmaid gifts. But since we had to change our wedding to the middle of winter and I didn’t want the girls to change their dresses, I wanted to get them something to stay warm. These were from Etsy and they are so soft. Something simple for the girls to wear during the reception and in-between taking pictures so they didn’t get cold!
MONOGRAM SATIN PAJAMAS
I spent hours thinking about pajamas for the girls to wear haha. Thankfully I hadn’t already ordered pajamas for our spring wedding because they would have been freezing! I found these satin monogram pajamas on Etsy as well. They shipped so fast and the quality is really good. I ended up getting the girls monograms on the pockets instead of “Bridesmaid” so they could continue to wear them after the wedding.
My favorite personal touch is on my wedding pajamas I got our wedding date put on the sleeve! I thought it was such a special touch to add:)
COZY SLIPPERS
Since the wedding was in January, I wanted the girls to feel cozy and warm. I grabbed these simple slippers from Pink Lily when they were having their Christmas sale! They were great for getting ready and then they were awesome to have during the reception. The girls were able to change into them to dance the night away!
BARRINGTON GIFTS CLEAR POUCH
I put these survival kits together for reach of the bridesmaids! If you have ever done sorority recruitment then you know where I got this idea from;) Throughout the weekend I wanted to make sure the girls were covered with the essentials. I used the Barrington Gifts pouches to put all the items in. These little clear pouches are perfect for organizing your tote as well which I hoped the girls would use after the wedding too:)
I did a full blog post HERE on what I included!
