Happy Wednesday, Loves! A smile says a million things but we want it to say the right million things! I STRUGGLE with going between wanting to drink coffee all day/wine all night but wanting to have those pearly whites. But this year is a new year and I will struggle no more… cue the best whitening kit!

Who has the actual time to sit and whiten teeth? I mean we all have a million things to do. Last year, I had been looking for a quick fix to my problem which meant going to the Dentist to get them whitened but as soon as I saw the price tag I immediately put the brakes on that thought. I had tried the teeth whitening strips but never felt like they were fully working because they would slide around or fall out.

I have a little nightly routine where I start to unwind from the day and that’s when I put the custom fitted trays in so I let them stay in for 1-2 hours before bed. During this time, I am either editing pictures, talking with my parents or watching Netflix’s/reading. Most of the time I completely forget they are even in! Since I stick to the same nightly routine every night, it was really easy to add this in after I washed my face.
