Happy July!! Can’t believe June has already passed and we are halfway through the summer! Since it is hot out now, I love finding items that are light, cool and simple. This look checks all those boxes! The simple striped skirt with a ruffle white tee is that perfect feminine feel for the summer:) I added heels to give me a little extra boost but the striped skirt would look cute with flats as well!
We found this location with the big fanned out leaves and as I was editing the pictures it looks like I am at the beach haha! Boy do I wish though! Out of all the trips I planned this summer, I forgot about a beach trip:( I feel so silly because I always get the biggest itch to go somewhere tropical and I can’t believe I just simply forgot to plan one!
What’s your best look to beat the heat? There is nothing worse than the Texas heat and heavy clothes so I finding light dresses and skirts have been my go to lately!
