Happy December!! While these photos were shot in Colorado last month, Dallas is finally getting some winter weather! The temperature has been in the 30’s haha. During the chilly months, styling a dress can be challenging as I like to be as covered as possible. But I have found a few great options for styling a sweater dress that keeps you warm and cozy! One being with over the knee boots with a wrap coat. This is a great option for a holiday event coming up that you need to be a little bit dressy for but also want to be cozy!
Until this year, I never thought sweater dresses looked that great on me. Most of the ones I must have bought were bulky and big. Which didn’t give me much shape. But with working from home this year, I really started to look for some more quick and easy ways to dress up in the morning. After ordering a number of sweater dresses, I really fell in love with this one from Abercrombie. Surprisingly it wasn’t too bulky and it actually had some shape to it. Plus the length was not too short.
Besides heading out and about in this look, a sweater dress is a great work from home option! They are comfy to sit in all day, easy to slip into in the morning and look put together on a zoom/teams call.
