Happy Wednesday! What a crazy busy week… I mean month! I haven’t been home for a weekend yet this entire month and wont be home most of June too. Add in the fact that Jeremy proposed to me last weekend and I am exhausted! Are naps acceptable at work? I feel like they totally should be.
Lately I have been seeing this shorts and blazer trend all over the place. It had me wondering if I could try it too. So the other day when I was in H&M, I saw these linen paperbag shorts and thought this would go with my denim blazer I have! I love when outfit ideas just come to you like that:) Don’t worry this doesn’t always happen haha.
It really is a fun business look that I can’t wear to work… at all… urgh! This look does say professional on top but summer on bottom haha. So if I can’t wear this to work, where would I wear it?? I had been contemplating this question many times when trying this outfit on.
Sunday brunch was the perfect answer I was looking for! I love to wear my blazers but I wear them all week long. With either jeans, pants and even dresses so styling them with shorts is such a fun way to mix my blazer looks up! Since I can’t wear shorts with a blazer at work, this outfit makes for a great weekend look:)
