Warmer weather might be here but cardigans are still my go to, especially this one from J.Crew! I had seen this J.Crew cardigan worn on a couple of my favorite bloggers and when I went into the store to look at it, the sales associate said it was their most popular item. Apparently Meghan Markle had worn it during her pregnancy and ever since then it was constantly selling out. I now know why it’s such a must have item! The structure of it is beautiful because it hits right above your knee which gives a comfy feel. Yet the material is thick and clean cut which makes it a easy to wear with just about anything. I love the way it opens at the front with an almost wrap coat like feel to it.
I have styled it a couple different ways since getting it but one of my favorites is with jeans and a bodysuit! It’s so easy to throw on over a look to keep warm. I would definitely consider this J.Crew cardigan a staple in my closet. A couple reasons for that would be, it’s a style that J.Crew continues to sell (so clearly it’s something people love) and it’s a neutral color. I read a couple months back that the reason people feel like they don’t have clothes to wear is because they don’t have a lot of neutral options. Neutrals make it easy to create new looks with the same items! So lately I have been really looking to expand my neutral closet as I have always been someone that loves color/patterns.
