Work Appropriate Lipstick

Happy Monday! I have been promising this post for so long so here it finally is:) I get asked a lot about my lipstick choices. To be honest I have tons of lipsticks but only 3 that I wear consistently. The ones below are the lipstick and lip liner combinations that I absolutely LOVE for work!

MAC Lipstick Combo “Twig” & “Soar”

The MAC Lipstick “Twig” has been my absolute favorite for many years! I want to say it was one of my first “professional” lipsticks I started to wear. I pair it with the MAC Lip Liner “Soar” to complete the look and get a really defined line around my lip. Both stay on for most of the day even after drinking endless amounts of coffee haha.

I wear this combination when I need to be more dressed up. It just gives your lips a plump color to look more sophisticated. The lip liner is a little bit darker than the lipstick but it creates a really beautiful depth to your lips!

This is also a great in expensive lip color combination! I don’t love to splurge on something I wear every single day so this works perfectly for me. I could not live without this color combination!!

Urban Decay Combo “Ex-Girlfriend” & “Liar”

You know when you actually finish a lipstick, it is good! Because who really goes through a whole lipstick? This girl!! I wear this Urban Decay combination almost every single day because how light it is.

The Urban Decay “Ex-Girlfriend” has this really beautiful shimmer to it and a subtle hint of color. It’s not over powering that it becomes distracting. I pair it with the Urban Decay Lip Liner “Liar”! Since the lipstick isn’t a ton of color, the lining doesn’t always look clean. So I pair the Liar lip liner with it to make the edges look clean.

This is the lipstick I honestly recommend to everyone! It fits well with most skin colors and isn’t a crazy color. If I do say so my self, this is the perfect work appropriate lip color;)

Charlotte Tilbury Combo “Pillow Talk”

I recently found this Charlotte Tilbury combination and I can’t get enough! This combination is a little more pricey so I don’t style it everyday. But when I am needing a little boost of confidence this is my go-to combination! The color is absolutely STUNNING!! Also it smells really good haha which is kind of random but something I was really drawn too:)

The Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick “Pillow Talk” is a really smooth nude color. The “Pillow Talk” lip liner compliments the lipstick and creates those very defined lip lines. Honestly, I love the full “Pillow Talk” collection. I want to try the eye shadow palette and the blush! So so beautiful.
