Happy wrap coat season! I love this time of year when I get to dig out all my wrap coats and start to style them with my work wear again. There is something very professional and powerful about a wrap coat. I always loved seeing Olivia Pope style different wrap coats on the show Scandal. If you have ever seen the show then you know what I am referring too! Pretty sure that is where my love affair with wrap coats started haha.
What makes a wrap coat different from just a normal coat is the overlapping of the front of the coat then added with the tie. It helps to accentuate your waist better than a regular coat would. I talk a lot about having good staples in your work wear closet and a wrap coat is a great option for the winter! Getting one in a stolid color, like white, black or grey, will go with just about any work wear look. They dress most outfits up all while keeping you cozy.
